Please, in order to keep in good condition the lacquer :

- Do not use in oven or microwave.

- Use a soft sponge

- Don't immerse in water for a long period of time

- Do not use in the dishwasher 

- Don't expose directly to sunlight

Despite these restrictions, there is no problem to use vinegar or oil, the lacquer is strong enough to avoid oil stains.
